How long does the treatment take?
Most appointments take approximately 1.5–2.5 hours, including consultation and design.
How long does healing take?
Peeling usually occurs around days 3–5. The color gradually settles and becomes clearer from around week 3.
Can overseas clients book?
Yes. International clients are welcome, and consultations are available in English and Japanese.
Is a touch-up always required?
Not always. It depends on your skin, healing response, desired density, and the condition of any previous pigment.
How do I make a reservation?

Does it hurt?
Pain sensitivity varies from person to person, but we use numbing cream to help make the procedure more comfortable.
How long does it last?
Retention varies depending on skin type, aftercare, and the treatment. It is not permanent and typically lasts around 2 years.
How should I care for it after treatment?
Your artist will provide aftercare instructions tailored to you. Following those instructions carefully helps the result heal and retain well.

Lip Blush
Lip blush is one of the key treatments in facial permanent makeup, but it is never a simple procedure.
The skin on the lips is very thin and delicate, so even small differences in touch and depth can affect the result. That is why a careful technique matters—one that minimizes unnecessary stress on the skin while laying down color evenly.
Lip PMU does more than add color to the lips. The shade you choose, and where and how it is placed, can change the expression and mood of the entire face.
At DIF.ME, we design a shade that blends naturally with each person, considering their original lip color, skin tone, and overall features.
We can bring a natural flush to pale or dull lips, balance uneven lip color, and adjust the finish from soft and sheer to more defined depending on the look you want.
Rather than covering the lips with color, we find the shade that harmonizes most beautifully with your own lips.

Lip Line is more than drawing an outline around the lips.
It is a design treatment that considers lip size and proportions, asymmetry, the corners of the mouth, and the shape of the upper lip to bring out the best in your natural features.
DIF.ME uses a delicate gradient that blends naturally into your existing lips.
We can subtly extend thin lips, refine blurred or uneven edges, and thoughtfully balance asymmetry or areas that need definition in harmony with the whole face.
Even a 1 mm change calls for a different design for each person. We consider facial proportions, the philtrum, mouth corners, and the way your lips naturally move. What matters is designing within a range that looks natural on your face.
Rather than drawing a line, we want it to look as though it has always been your own lip shape.

What to know before your appointment
Lip Line can enhance the appearance of lip shape, but it cannot extend every pair of lips to the same shape or size.
An overlip design must take into account the color of your lips and surrounding skin, their different textures, lip movement, and facial proportions. The range that can look natural differs for each person; we decide on an appropriate design after a consultation.
DIF.ME uses a gradient that blends toward the inside of the lips instead of leaving a single dark line around the edge. Immediately after treatment, the line or extended area may look more noticeable; it gradually softens as the lips heal.
The lips and surrounding skin are different types of tissue, so pigment uptake and how long the color lasts may differ between the natural lip and an overlip area.
We can soften the appearance of asymmetry, but we do not aim to make perfectly identical lips where the difference comes from facial structure, teeth, expression, or muscle movement.
If your lips are very dry or have wounds or inflammation, we recommend waiting until the skin has recovered. Please tell us in advance if you have had cold sores or recent lip fillers, laser treatment, or other procedures around the lips.
The goal is balance, not a bigger lip.
DIF.ME Lip Line is guided by the proportion that looks most natural on your face, rather than simply making the lips larger.
Over Lip is more than drawing beyond your natural lip line.
We consider lip thickness and proportions, the length of the philtrum, the mouth corners, and the balance of the whole face. Then we subtly extend the areas that need it to create the appearance of fuller, more balanced lips.
The same amount of extension can look different on every face. Thin upper lips, a lack of fullness at the corners, and asymmetry each call for a different design based on your natural lip shape.
DIF.ME does not apply a preset overlip shape.
We first study the proportions of your face and your natural lips, then design the thickness and silhouette that suit you within a range that can be extended naturally.
Instead of drawing a single line on the skin to make the lips look larger, we use color and a gradient to soften the boundary between your natural lip and the extended area.

Natural lip tissue and the surrounding skin differ in color and texture, so the area that can look natural varies from person to person. We design within a range that can blend with your lips, considering skin condition and lip movement rather than extending too far.
Immediately after treatment, swelling and stronger color can make the lips appear larger or the line more defined than they will after healing. The color and edges gradually soften as the lips heal and peel.
Pigment uptake and retention can differ between the natural lip and the extended skin area. Results and how long they last also vary with skin type and daily habits.
This treatment differs from the physical volume created by lip filler. Over Lip uses color and design to make the lips appear visually fuller and more balanced.

We first look at the color you have now, whether it leans brown, purple, or blue, as well as its depth and distribution. From there, we find the most natural way to improve its appearance.
Rather than trying to create one predetermined pink or coral shade, DIF.ME Dark Lip Correction prioritizes a clearer, more even, and more vibrant version of your current lip tone.
Instead of forcing a lighter color over darker lips or putting unnecessary stress on the skin, we combine colors with your existing lip tone in mind to create a natural change.

Immediately after treatment, the colors used for correction can make the lips appear brighter or warmer than usual. As the lips peel and heal, the color gradually settles and blends with your natural lip tone.
Pigmentation and skin characteristics differ from person to person, so the healed shade and degree of change can vary.
If your lips are very dry, flaky, or wounded, we recommend moisturizing and caring for them before the appointment. Please tell us before booking if you have had cold sores or recently received lip filler, laser treatment, or another procedure around the lips.
The goal is improvement, not an exact color.
For Dark Lip Correction, a clearer and more balanced result on your current lips matters more than creating one predetermined shade.
DIF.ME Brown Eyeliner extends delicately from the outer edge of the iris toward the corner of the eye, bringing soft definition and depth to your natural eye shape.
The soft brown shade blends naturally with a bare face and complements your usual eyeliner when you wear makeup, leaving room for different looks.
DIF.ME does not apply the same thickness or length to every eye.
We consider the size and shape of your eyes, your eyelid crease, the direction of the outer corners, and how you usually wear makeup. What matters most is a design that looks natural when your eyes are open.
Rather than an overly long or thick line, we aim for a subtle change that enhances the shape of your own eyes and gives them gentle definition.

What to know before your appointment
The visible line depends on your eye shape, eyelid crease, and eyelid thickness, so it may not look exactly like the thickness or shape in a reference photo.
Immediately after treatment, the color and line may appear darker and more defined, and your eyelids may be temporarily swollen or red. The color softens and settles as the area heals.
The way brown pigment appears can vary with your skin tone, existing pigment, and how the color settles.
We recommend avoiding contact lenses on the day of treatment. Please tell us before booking if you have inflammation or a wound around your eyes, or if you have recently had eye surgery or a treatment around the eyes.
